Hypnotherapist, NLP Master Trainer, Mental Alchemist, Accelerated Evolution and Sub Conscious High Performance Expert, Len Wright, speaks to the Code of Conduct Podcast about Breaking Through Mental Barriers With Your Mind.

Len believes that spirituality, personal growth or inner evolution, however you choose to define it, is all about results.

The knowing of thy self, attributed to over a dozen ancient sages including Socrates and Plato over history, is an inward journey and is different for every single person however there are tools that will get you there faster, better and leveraged.

Len searches for performance and results from the strategies he uses.

It has been said that we only use 1/10th of our mind’s true potential of who we are and what we are here for.

Ask yourself…what percentage of your potential are YOU using?

Move from living life in an illusion into a place of reality and discover how to create that reality through deeper mental strategies than even those covered in the Law of Attraction, focused mostly on your desires and what you want, to achieve a deeper level, a greater will, of which we are the conduits.

Discover how to make these experiences tangible for you so you can obtain the shifts you desire and achieve equanimity – living from a perspective in life where you’re not choosing if an experience for you is good or bad because it hasn’t happened yet – to living life in a way that we can actually benefit, from results and performance, as opposed to creating a time of regret in the future from compromising yourself in the moment.

To achieve these objectives, some of the first actionable steps you can take is to begin questioning and taking a look at your life. Are you happy? or in your general day or week are there common emotions or states that you feel on a consistent basis? This will tell you how your life is going. All of life is an understanding of the relationship we have with the life we are in.

People spend years getting to the point where they are honest with themselves, trying to see, observe and accept your shadows to finally start letting go or working with them…turning lead into gold.

One of the keys to success may be found in the old fairytales deep rooted spiritual meaning, row, row, row your boat as a guide to how you should live your life.

If you consider this in the suggested context as intended, if you accept that we are the vessels (the human body is 90% water!), rowing through the stream of life and how we row through that life, gently…..and when we’re gently rowing…merrily, merrily, merrily, our life becomes happy because we are gently with ourselves, with others, with our experiences and when you go through life that way, the secret is at the end….because life is but a dream, to achieve the goal of this, the equanimity, the gentleness, the ‘non-push’ in life through the appropriate mental focus.

Discover the power of the mind, seek first the kingdom and all else will be added to you, where your inner kingdom, your thoughts, come before any action you take in life. To take any action, you must first have an initial thought, and if you seek first that understanding, that control, the mindfulness…then everything else is added to you because you are taking care of the most important thing, thought, which is the foundation of everything you do in your life.

Be in control of your thinking, be present in your moment and be mindful of it, and finally realize how to change your life completely and how to stay in the flow, even when there is external chaos, by being observant in your thoughts, to be present in your moment and mindful of it.

Indian philosopher, Jiddu Krishnamurti remarked that “the highest form of intelligence is the ability to think without judgement”, as a reference to consciousness, where if you label and judge your experience as you go through it you then have emotional reactions to it which go out into the world as a darker force.

Understanding the differences between conscious and unconscious thought (, and to control this, is the crux of growth, marriage of the two brains working together instead of apart and ties to the concept of polarity, when thinking about the sub-conscious and conscious mind, where, in this realm, you always have to have two for anything to exist (polarity / opposites), where both are of equal value, even if one is good and one is bad.

This polarity, also happens to the sub-conscious and conscious mind which are meant to work in tandem, to be able to create, they work together.

When you become conscious, you become aware, present to your thinking and to your emotions and to you and how you are encountering the moment – not worrying about in your mind, events that are in your imagination, that are not real and not ‘living in the moment’ and if you live your life planning, nothing is happening in your real life.

The mind is meant as a tool, to be used when you need it and many people don’t know the true difference between thinking and being.

To move yourself toward the idea of being in the present is to put the awareness of conscious thought as another step you take, to notice how your thought works and to fit in around the work, as the most important thing to do as thought is the first thing that happens so it should be first, to allow you to be present in the moment – not thinking about the moment.

There are always going to be challenges in life but it is how you go through them is everything.

How are you going to chart YOUR course for the better, to go through the experience as gently as you can?

The first thing to work on is the gentleness thy self….to not beat yourself up when something didn’t live up to your expectation of how something should go because if you don’t love yourself first you can’t really love anybody else and you can only other people to the extent that you love yourself.

Have a presence to what you are doing, to question everything all the time, not looking for an answer, but examining, not judging it but recognizing it as the information that is taking you towards your goal, to know they self – once you know yourself all power will come to you.
